We are a Family-Owned and operated business locate it inside of CrossFit Goliath in the Raleigh area. We provide a safe and friendly space for our members to train and learn. Our space has a competition-size mat, tv, timer, punching bags, mitts, ropes, cones and other agility equipment. Athletes enrolled in our academy are also welcome to use the showers, water fountain and restrooms from CrossFit Goliath.
